SaladWala delivers calorie-counted diet food in Surat: every bowl lists its calories, protein and fibre on the menu, so you can eat to a target rather than estimate. Bowls are made fresh each morning and delivered within roughly 3km of our Sarthana Jakatnaka, Varachha kitchen, usually in about 30 minutes.
We are wary of the word "diet", because most food sold under it is either a smaller portion at the same price or a salad with more calories than the thing it replaced. What we can usefully offer is the arithmetic: the calorie count, the protein, and the fibre, printed against each bowl and sortable on the menu. Sort by lowest calories if that is your constraint. If you are eating for satiety rather than a number, the high-fibre bowls will serve you better than the lowest-calorie one.
The menu sorts by lowest calories directly, and each bowl carries its own count. No spreadsheet needed to plan a day.
Fibre, not just calories
A low number that leaves you hungry at 4pm has not helped. Fibre is listed too, because it is usually the more useful figure.
Dressings packed separately
Dressing arrives on the side, so how much of it counts toward your day is your call rather than the kitchen’s.
Common questions
The things people ask before their first order.
Yes. Calories, protein and fibre are printed against every bowl on the menu, and the menu can be sorted by lowest calories.
They can help, mostly by being filling for their calorie count — the fibre and protein do that work. But a salad heavy with creamy dressing, cheese and croutons can easily out-calorie a sandwich. That is why we print the numbers and pack dressings separately rather than making the claim for you.
We deliver within roughly 3km of our Sarthana Jakatnaka, Varachha kitchen in Surat — that covers Varachha and the neighbourhoods immediately around it. We do not currently deliver across the rest of Surat. Send your address to +91 93286 61994 on WhatsApp and we will confirm straight away, before you order.
We buy at the market from 5am and the greens are in our kitchen by 6:15am, chilled to 2°C as soon as they land. Nothing is held longer than 24 hours, and bowls are assembled after you order rather than sitting pre-made in a fridge. That is the whole reason we keep the delivery radius short.
